The state of the art on experimentally and therapeutically applied electromagnetic fields: A variety of responses are achieved depending on the frequency, time and intensity applied and also the age and initial condition of the experimental target. Effects aren't related to any heating effects due to the low intensities used, but rather to resonance effects with structures and biomolecules.
This section brings out the great number of papers that are demonstrating that the EM emissions both from telecomuniccation devices (like phones, phone masts or WiFi emitters) and high power transmission lines cause a variety of biological effects. All the experiments presented here have discovered some kind of effect, but there is around 30% of experiments that don't see them.
A speculative extension to the electromagnetic mind theory. If electromagnetism is the basis for consciousness, could be possible to measure it in search for changes on 'distant intention interactions' (sanation, telepathy)? the answer is Yes. It could be seen as a very speculative hypothesis, but maybe a natural extension to the electromagnetic mind theory, because if EM is related to mind, then there is no reason to reduce it to what whe known as biological systems, so what about the Earth?
