Disperse aqueous systems based on (S)-lysine in a wide range of concentrations and physiologically important temperatures

It has been found that, in a temperature range from 25°C to 60°C and in (S)-lysine aqueous solutions, nanoassociates hundreds of nanometers in size containing ordered water structures, and that those participate in the formation of spatially organized systems on the support.
