Exposed rats (prenatally): Areas of hemorrhage. Increased reativity (immunocytochemical α-amylase test). Decreased number of proliferating cell nuclear antigen-positive cells.

Exposed rats (postnatally 14 days): Degeneration of the acini and dilated ducts. number of proliferating cell nuclear antigen-positive cells.

Exposed rats (postnatally 28 days): Degeneration of the acini and dilated ducts. Decreased reativity (immunocytochemical α-amylase test).
