Effect of 50-Hz Magnetic Fields on Serum IL-1β and IL-23 and Expression of BLIMP-1, XBP-1, and IRF-4


Exposed rats: 0.1 mT is the intesity that cause more alterations in their immune system function, downregulating the expression of BLIMP-1, XBP-1, and IRF-4 and increasing serum IL-23 at post-immunization phase. Also intensities of 0.001 and 0.1 mT cause Serum IL-1β to decrease at pre-immunization phase.
