The Stable Nonequilibrium State of Bicarbonate Aqueous Systems

Following the predictions of G. H. Pollack about the phenomenon of spontaneous charge separation in aqueous systems it is noted that this could play a role in maintaining a stable nonequilibrium state in bicarbonate systems, where forms of carbonate catalyze the reactions with ROS participation.
