Cerebellar histopathological and histochemical alterations induced by electromagnetic field exposure of mice

Exposed mices: Histopathological changes (dystrophic changes in Purkinje cells layer, degenerated and accumulated granular layer cells with edematous spaces which appeared congested with blood). Histochemical and morphometric changes in the cerebellar tissue (alterations in collagen, polysaccharides, total protein, DNA and amyloid-β protein contents).
