Effects of extremely low-frecuency electromagnetic field exposure during prenatal period on biomarkers of oxidative stress and pathology of ovarian tissue in F1 generation

" Biochemical analysis showed that MDA was significantly increased in the treated group in comparing with the controls, but no significant differences in SOD levels were observed between the groups. Microscopic results of the follicles F1 generation of treated group, in comparison with the control and Sham, showed that granulosa cells have interspaced from the basement membrane and in this group narrow and irregular in zona pellucida, vacuolization in ooplasm, detachment of granulosa cells was observed." {Credits 1}
