Geomagnetic Field (Gmf) and Plant Evolution Investigating the Effects of Gmf Reversal on Arabidopsis thaliana Development and Gene Expression

It is observed a drastic downreguliaton in the root gene expression of plants growed under reversed GMF condition; TAPX, APX1, FSD1, RbohD, NADPH and CAT3 gene expression are shown to be downregulated in this experimental procedure.

Also less root length and less expanded leaflets are observed in the reverse GMF condition.
